Each package starts with a 60-minute consultation call, and an onboarding process that may include some of the following: a social media strategy plan with key metrics, creation of a communication plan, design of social media templates, a social media audit, and a crisis plan. This process is an essential piece of ensuring your social media and community management will connect with adoring customers, and will be a social media brand guide you’ll refer to again and again. There is a one-time fee, beginning at $297 for the onboarding process.

Which social media channels do you think I should focus on?
Good question! It really depends on what your business goals are, and where your customers hang out-that’s where we want to be. When we meet for our onboarding call, we can discuss this further.
My business doesn’t have many photos. Will we have enough content for Instagram?
We’ll make it work, creatively. I can create lovely branded graphics, lean on some cool stock photos, and even take Insta-worthy flatlays to round out the photos you already have available for social.
Will you be managing my social media accounts 24/7?
Not quite, but they’ll be well-monitored. Unless we decided otherwise, some of your social content will be scheduled, but I’ll engage live several times each weekday, and also over the weekends. As a social media manager, my mind is on safeguarding your online presence.
What if I need a combination of social media and content services that aren’t in your packages? I do create a custom package, following the same pricing structure, for many of my clients. During a discovery call, we’ll talk about your needs, and build something that’s right for your business.
